On Tuesday, February 27th, I’m presenting at the EMCC Denmark Annual Conference. The topic is Navigating Diversity through dialogical competencies. The world is getting smaller, we are more interconnected, and closer than ever before.
As coaches, we work with people from all over the world, from business, in society. How do we work with people we may not share the same cultural background with, the same value system, have the same lens on the world? It can be challenging.
I hope to explore some of the issues and share some ideas on how to overcome them.
